Stardust Theatre BV, hereinafter referred to as “Stardust”, organises various events and performances, including, but not limited to, Tutankhamun – The Immersive Experience at the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam.

Stardust respects the privacy of its customers and all visitors to the website of Tutankhamun – The Immersive Experience in Amsterdam. Stardust ensures that personal data is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

1. This Privacy Statement provides information about the processing of personal data by or on behalf of Stardust and applies solely to the use of personal data relating to visitors to the Stardust website and/or a Stardust event.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to third-party websites, such as websites to which Stardust refers or links on its website or in its email communications, with the exception of websites published and managed by Stardust for events that form part of the Stardust portfolio. Stardust recommends that visitors consult the privacy policies of third-party websites directly on the relevant websites.

1. Stardust respects the privacy of its customers and all its visitors. Stardust ensures that personal data is treated confidentially. Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements currently in force.

2. This Privacy Statement provides information about the collection and processing of personal data by or on behalf of Stardust.

3. Stardust is located at Meent 37 E-6, 1261 XS Blaricum, the Netherlands.

4. Data subjects are not obliged to provide personal data. However, in order to provide certain services properly, the provision of specific personal data may be necessary.

Visitors to the Stardust website acknowledge and agree that the ordering of tickets for Tutankhamun – The Immersive Experience through its website – including payment and delivery – is handled by Eventim on behalf of Stardust. Eventim applies its own privacy terms and is a separate entity from Stardust (and vice versa). We recommend that visitors review Eventim’s privacy terms on the Eventim website.

When purchasing tickets for Stardust events, visitors may be asked (whether or not by the relevant ticketing or pre-sale organisation) to provide personal data, such as their name, (email) address and telephone number. Stardust may subsequently receive this information from the relevant ticketing or pre-sale organisation.

2. Stardust may also use personal data, such as a visitor’s name, (email) address and telephone number, that it receives directly from visitors in connection with orders placed with Stardust through the website.

3. Stardust may also collect browsing data from visitors to the website, including IP address and the date and time of the website visit.

1. Stardust primarily uses the personal data obtained in order to properly perform its agreements with visitors in connection with their attendance at an event or their use of the website, as well as for internal administrative purposes.

2. In this context, Stardust may use personal data:
   (a) to deliver ordered tickets or products to the correct person;
   (b) to inform visitors, or arrange for visitors to be informed, about changes relating to tickets and/or events organised by Stardust, for example via a newsletter;
   (c) to establish, maintain and improve its contractual relationship with (potential) customers, or to improve its services and products;
   (d) to comply with and fulfil legal obligations.

3. Stardust or a media partner may make, or arrange for the making of, visual and/or audio recordings at or during events. Stardust may use these recordings on its website or on social media to promote events that form part of the Stardust portfolio. The recordings may also be used on the media channels of its media partner(s), which may include radio and/or television. Recordings made as part of CCTV surveillance may be used by Stardust for security purposes.

4. Stardust may send newsletters by email. If a visitor no longer wishes to receive newsletters, they can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided.

5. Any backups of stored data made by Stardust to ensure the proper functioning of its systems will be used solely to restore those systems in the event of a malfunction.

6. Personal data will not be used for purposes other than those described above, unless Stardust is legally required to do so.

1. Browsing data collected by Stardust may be stored and used to statistically analyse and optimise visits to and use of the website. Browsing data is anonymised wherever possible. Only anonymised data may be shared with third parties, such as Google Analytics.

1. Like most websites, Stardust reserves the right to collect information through the use of so-called “cookies” in order to make navigating the website easier. Cookies are small pieces of information (files) that a website stores on a user’s computer or device. The website instructs the web browser being used to store these cookies. Cookies can be disabled through the settings of your web browser. When you visit a Stardust website, you will be asked for consent to the use of cookies.

2. Stardust uses, among other services, Google Analytics to gain insight into how the website is used. For the sole purpose of using this Google service, information, including the visitor’s IP address, is provided to Google.

3. Google cookies are also placed through the website in connection with the Google Analytics service. Stardust has no control over how Google uses the information obtained in this way.

1. The Stardust website contains buttons linked to social media networks. Through these buttons, the relevant social media networks may place cookies. Stardust has no control over how these parties use such cookies.

2. The relevant social media networks are independently responsible for the use and disclosure of data obtained in this way. Such use is subject to the privacy policies and terms and conditions of the respective social media networks.

Stardust retains personal data only for as long as necessary to perform its agreements and, in any event, for no longer than two years after the agreement has ended, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

1. Visitors are responsible for ensuring that Stardust has the correct personal data. Visitors may contact Stardust in writing via info@stardustbv.nl to object to the use of certain personal data by Stardust or to request access to, correction and/or deletion of their personal data. Any corrections provided by the visitor will be processed upon written request.

2. Visitors may withdraw their consent to the use of their personal data by contacting info@stardustbv.nl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing of personal data carried out before consent was withdrawn.

3. Complaints regarding the use of personal data may be submitted to Stardust. If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, it may also be submitted to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Stardust is entitled to share a visitor’s personal data with companies affiliated with Stardust, including parent companies and sister companies, as well as with third parties engaged by Stardust in the provision of its services. This includes sharing data in connection with the purposes described above, such as the promotion and/or recording of performances and events.

2. Stardust may disclose a visitor’s personal data without their specific consent where required to do so by law and/or in response to requests from competent authorities.

As Stardust uses third parties to provide products or services on its behalf, which may involve the processing of visitors’ personal data unless otherwise stated, Stardust may share such data with these third parties where necessary. Stardust has entered into the appropriate agreements to ensure that personal data is processed and protected in accordance with applicable European and Dutch data protection legislation.
